I have the acrobat app and I am trying to convert PDF to word and I have explored today to word but it will not change PDF format and I need word

I downloaded it a couple weeks ago and got charge for the premium now but it is still is very difficult to convert PDF to word docs and I have word and the latest Adobe

Are you referring to the Acrobat app on a mobile device? If so, what exact version of it, and on what kind of device?

I just downloaded Adobe acrobat this weekend and it says it's converting it to adobe acrobat cloud but I can't find the word doc version of it

I have tried exporting it to word and that doesn't work
