PDF Too Large to Split

Question

I am trying to split a large PDF into smaller ones so I can work on them. The PDF is 900 pages long. I can open it but it freezes as soon as I try to do something. I desperately need to edit this PDF and have no other access to the information in the PDF anymore.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

If you are still looking for a solution, you might want to try the below steps:

Go to Menu-> Preferences-> Page Display-> uncheck "use page cache," "smooth images," and "smooth line art."

Once done, try the workflow again and let us know how it goes.

Also, since the document is 900 pages long, I would suggest allowing Acrobat some time to render the file completely.

Also, ensure that you have the latest version (2024.005.20241) for the best experience.
