Hi,

I am having problems when printing any kind of documents. It does not matter whether it is a Word doc. or a PDF, the only thing that comes out of the printer is 1 page saying:

Erros Name: PDFConversionError

Offending Command: findresource

Operand Stack:

( 0)

-dict-

Can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this?

Thank you very much!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the application you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also please share the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-postscript-errors.html and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal

It sounds like you are referring to issues with physical printing? You also mention that it happens with every program you try to print with? Could you verify those questions?

This initially sounds like an issue with your printer. what is your printer make and model? Let us and we will try to troubleshoot further.

Yes it is related to physical printing and with every kind of document. The printer is a Kyocera Ecosys, if that helps.

Which specific model?

Have you checked for firmware and/or driver updates at Kyocera's website? (although my guess is that only Kyocera technicians can do firmware updates)
