@Joel285726924gsi, did you try the alternate method of exporting PDFs from MS Office apps?

It uses Microsoft's built-in PDF export utility.

 

File / Save As / then select *.PDF from the file type drop-down menu.

Be sure to review any "options" buttons to get the type of PDF you want, such as for print or accessible tagged PDF.

Try creating PDFs using the Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/). Sign in using your Adobe ID. 

Check if you can create PDFs. 

Also, try repairing the application installation once. Launch Acrobat and go to Help > Repair Installation.

Please let us know how you are creating PDFs. Share the workflow that results in the error message.

Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.
