Hi @Chaboma,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat's PDFMaker add-in.

There are two direct points I would like to bring your attention to:

1. The installation architecture: Though you mentioned in the description that you have Acrobat 64-bit installed, the Add-in points to a 32-bit installation.

The 64-bit add-in should be available on the location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll

while the screenshot in your description shows a location: C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll.

Even though this should not be a problem, we could try out the basics first.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

2. To check for Virtual Basic Trust Settings: In Word, go to File-> Options-> Trust Center-> Trust Center Settings-> Macro Settings-> Enable the checkbox "Trust Access to the VBA project object model."

If neither of these work, you can try manually re-registering the Add-in.

Steps can be found here: Fix PDFMaker unavailability in MS Office (adobe.com)

Let me know if this helps.
