PDFs backgrounds not displaying correctly in Adobe Acrobat

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Acrobat Pro 64-bit 2023.006.20320. No updates are available.

The left image is a PDF opened in Acrobat, the right is opened in Firefox.

 

In Acrobat, dark backgrounds seem to show up as white or transparent.

As the issue occurs with this particular PDF, please share the PDF with us so we can look into this.

Did you check if the issue occurs with other PDFs as well? Did you create the PDF using Acrobat?

More information would be helpful to find the root cause of the issue.

Did you have a dark background in the original document that made the PDF? (whch program was it?)
