PDFs crash on Sequoia 15

Since updating my Mac to Sequoia 15.1, 2-3 seconds after opening some PDFs from my hard drive, they close abruptly. PDFs created after updating to 15.1 work fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro version. I now have 2024.004.20219. Still crashes. Not an issue on my Mac with Monterey. So I copied a few files from older Mac and tried to open them on the new OS.  Still crashing. However... when I send old PDF via Apple Mail, download it from ICloud or upload it to Adobe Cloud, there is no problem. Bottom Line: Is there a fix to open my hundreds of past PDFs on hard drive without them closing abruptly via Sequoia 15.1?

Have you found any solution to this?? This is still happening to me..... it is exclusively my apple/icloud files though. I can open work PDF's on my mac that are saved inside OneDrive....

I'm having the same issue since I updated none of my pdf's will open unless I copy them onto my local drive.

Have you found a solution? It won't even work for me if I try copying to local drive.

Hello,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Is the app still crashing with the latest version 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025? Please check for any pending updates from the menu of the app, select check for updates, install and reboot the machine and let us know if you still experience any issues.

Collect the Crash logs from the machine and share them with us for further investigation if the app still crashes with the latest version.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
