PDFs won't open in Acrobat Pro DC

I subscribe to Acrobat Pro DC through Creative Suite and it has suddenly stopped opening pdfs. The application is open, but it will not open any pdf documents. I double-click files: nothing. I try to open files within the application: nothing. I've uninstalled (via Creative Cloud) and reinstalled; I've checked preferences; I've rebooted multiple times. Nothing. Can anyone help?

Correct answer Karl Heinz Kremer

If you are not getting any error message, and the PDF file you tried to open is not being displayed, try to select "Window>Tile>..." and see if that brings up the document.

Just purchase Acrobat PRO. Created pdf from AutoCAD file. When I attempted to opened the pdf, a message tells me it can't be opened because it is corrupt, or some such reason. Why don't these programs work like they're supposed to. This is so damned frustrating. Can you please help me?

Thank you,

Roy

Same issue here. Did you ever find a resolution?

Same issue but using a MacBook Air (Apple couldn't resolve), any ideas?
