Permanently delete unwanted share link

I'm appalled. This is a big security risk that Adobe just gets away with.

I wanted to send a document by email that only the one person should be able to read. I used the button in Outlook Email and selected the PDF. Without warning Adobe Acrobat uploaded to its cloud and created a link that is accessible and open FOR EVERYONE.! This it totally unacceptible. 

I'm not able to delete this as it does not appear in my my cloud.

Adobe: How do I permanently delete a document that is only is accesible as https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri= ????
