Personal Adobe & Work Adobe Acrobat

I have two accounts, my personal & work accound and somehow now they are both linked. My personal account I pay for the full Adobe Acrobat Pro every month soince 2018. The work account has only been recenlty activated in last 6 months and is Adobe for Enterpise and will not let me share templates.

 

I had previoulsy set up templates from a previous work place on my personal account and was applying them to the standard document we use at the new work place. But  in the confusion have no access to Acrobat Pro to share the template with fellow worker's. 

 

When I check the on windows I cannot find Acrobat Pro, just see the standard Acrobat, distiller & creative cloud.

Did you use the same email for both accounts?

No, both accounts have different email addresses. Though after you comment
I checked my account profile and I did have a secondary email account set
to my private non-company email
