Bonjour,
Sarah.

Hi Sarah
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, When copying and pasting the image on different pages of the PDF there is loss of quality.
I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end using Acrobat DC on Win 10 and its working fine.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal

Good morning Amal,
Thank you for your feedback.
It used to work just fine on my computer as well. I was doing that nearly every week without any trouble.
The loss of quality (and not pasting the photo on the same spot as the same copied) only started a week ago.
I have the latest version installed (21.07.20099)
I'm working on MICROSOFT WINDOWS 10 PROFESSIONAL, version 10.0.19043 Build 19043.
Best regards,
Sarah
