this moring, a company report us the have recieve an email a shared pdf inside,

the sender is XXX vis Adobe Acrobat <message@adobe.com>

XXX is our colleague name, but we didn't send our any email,

and the sender is adobe.com, and the pdf attachment URL is 

https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?xxxxxx

are there any security issues?
