picture/letter head in fillable pdf

is there a way to have a box i can do a copy paste a picture/letterhead on my fillable form as i need to distribute to multiple depts. thank you:)

so each department can copy their picture or text and past in the form without losing formatting? They must not need to have a pdf dc just the regular one- must not have to chose an option on tools and "add" a jpg or file. That is too much for them to do. Thank you...this forum is AWESOME

I do not have the tool bar it speaks of- I am using adobeDC and can not find the "update" option the article speaks of. Is it possible to have a box that my people can drag and drop a letterhead without losing format? Can I check some speacial hidden box in the text field properties?
