Placeholders in a sentence

Hello

Does anyone have any suggestions for having a placeholder in a contract that I would pre-fill before sending it out for e-signature?

At the moment I can add a text box but for some reason my font choices never match the rest of the contract so it looks disjointed.

Any suggestions for adding terms that blend seamlessly with the rest of the text?

To do that the entire text (or at least, that paragraph) needs to be the value of a single text field.
