Plain white box as Textbox background

Is it possible to define a white textbox after a text. I tried to do it in a pdf with constuction drawings. But it doenst work. Not with a rechtengular box and the textbox over it and not with the point out function (then white is transparent).
Any adiveses how to do it?

Sadly, I couldn't get the idea of what it is you are trying to achieve; you can insert an object as a form of certain figures available in Comments. Please check the screenshot attached.

Tello Tariq,

Thanks fpr your help. I want to make an white Rectangle with red text inside. The white color has to be the background. And this box has to be placed over constuction drawings. Can you imagine what i want?

Use the "Add text comment"
