Hey guys, I'm trying to open a file outside of Adobe, and it's giving me this error. Inside Adobe, it works fine, and it's up to date, everything is fine. Is there anything I can do?

No, as it's a special kind of file, created by LiveCycle Designer. It's really not a PDF file at all, despite the file extension being "PDF".

It's possible, but you will lose all form fields, scripts and any hidden parts in case it's a dynamic form.
