Hi steguser,

We have released an optional update (22.003.20314) that addresses a similar issue.

Please try updating the application. Go to Help > Check for updates.

For more information, refer to the following help document: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousjan2023qfe.html#dccontinuousjantwentytwentythreeqfe.

Check if it resolves your issue as well.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

If you are using an US version of Acrobat you must revert to the "old" interface to be able to use any plugin.

Did you update to Pitstop 2022 Update 1, and contact Enfocus with your issue?

PitStop is the plug-in what I need. The other apps would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.

Thank you for sharing the information.

Please confirm if you get any error messages or what happens when you try to use the plug-in.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
