Pop-up in Adobe Acrobat

Hi, every time I open Adobe Acrobat ( I'm using version 23.0) a pop-up appears after about 10 seconds and it just blocks the app and doesn't even charge, it freezes. I tried to disconnect and reconnect but it didn't change anything. I can't use the app and it's a bit annoying.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat and the OS you are using? To check the version of the application goto Help > About Acrobat

Also, please the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html  , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html  and Crash/freeze logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html  share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
