Powershell error with Adobe

I am constantly getting an error message.  I have reloaded the app and the most recent adobe updates.  Is this a windows problem or an adobe problem?  I don't have a problem with any other program.

What exactly are you doing?

 

The PowerShell is a Windows automation program allowing to execute small programs from Microsoft and is part of the OS. Are you on a managed system or is this your PC, where you have full control over the system?

On my own pc.  I am working with  pdf documents I have created or been using for years.

It looks like the PowerShell installation is damaged. If that is so, it is a Microsoft Windows problem, and you should address your request to the Microsoft community.

 

What happens when you open Acrobat from the Start menu?

What happens when you open a PDF file that you have downloaded, for example, from the Adobe website?
