Premium features not activating on iPad

I subscribed to acrobat Premium on my iPad through the app. I get a page saying "Purchase Complete, waiting for feature activation" for the last 2 days. I've checked in the iTunes Store and the subscription is active. I tried restoring the purchase in the app, and it tells me that 1 purchase has been restored, but it still doesn't work. It still shows me as a free user.
I've also tried signing out/in and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling with no success. Please help! I have a deadline tomorrow and I cannot edit or sign my documents!!!
