Prepare Forms

I am adding form fields to a Power Point PDF>I have been doing this for almost two years.

For some reason, I can no longer get the tools (like Text box) within Prepare Form to "activate." And, I am in Edit mode, rather than Preview mode.

Am not using a secured document. Other features like Edit are working.

Suggestions! Thank you.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response.

When you say "no longer get the tools within Prepare Form to activate", what all option do you get?

Are you referring that the tools are greyed out or do you mean they do not show under the Prepare form tool?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the window when you open the PDF form and open the Prepare Form tool.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Please share the application version you are using to prepare the form. To check the dot version, please refer to this help document Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What is the OS version on the machine?

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
