Preview Handler Error

After subscribing to and switching to Acrobat Pro from my older Acrobat X, I am getting a "PDF Preview Handler" error in both Outlook and Windows Explorer Preview Pane. I reinstalled the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC, but that didn't correct the problem. I've searched through all of the online info on this error and nothing has worked. I am stumpped!
When I checked the attachment handling in Outlook, I did notice that I had two "PDF Preview Handler" options in the File Previewing Options dialog box. I tried unchecking one, then the other, but it made no difference - I still get the error.

Hi, Apologies to hear, to be able to investigate the issue, please share Acrobat and Outlook version. With new interface of Outlook 365, it seems, they use built-in attachment previewer.

Thanks for responding.
My Acrobat version is 2024.003.20112 | 64-bit
My Outlook is part of my Office 365 account and is Version 2409 Build 16.0.18025.20030 | 32-bit
I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 (the Preview Handler in Windows Explorer shows the same error as Outlook).
Any ideas?
