I have been getting this for a long time. When I try to save emails from users as PDFs, some of them are saved as log files rather than PDFs. I have to go into Printer Preferences/Properties and uncheck "Add documentation information" & " Rely on system fonts only: do not use for document fonts" in order to get them to save correctly. I do not want to have to do this each and every time...is there a way to update our properties? I am using acrobat version 2024.002.20687 | 64 bit.

1. What is Acrobat version exactly?

2. What is operating system version?

3. Please show log contents in full - open in Notepad and copy/paste.

Here is an image of the log file that comes up when i try to save it as a PDF. Kinda random, doesn't affect every email.

Hey, not sure if you solved this yet. If unchecking these 2 boxes makes it work in outlook correctly then I would suggest making the change at the system level instead of doing it in Outlook every time you print. If go to your computer's settings and view printer & scanners, you should be able to manage the properties of "Adobe PDF" as a printer. There you can uncheck those 2 boxes and HOPEFULLY it'll fix the problem of you having to uncheck the boxes every time you print.
