Print Banner on Banner Paper

When I try to print an Acrobat XI banner on HP Banner paper (8.5x11 z-fold) using an HP DeskJet 5550 printer only the first tile prints.  Even though both Acrobat and printer are set up for banner paper (as far as I can tell), tiling is apparently not disabled.  How do I disable tiling for banner printing?

You enable tiling in the printer dialogue. You can choose size (page), multiple, poster, booklet...

Use size!
