The application we use to enter medical documents has a printing feature.  When we go to print scanned medical documents to Adobe PDF it is shrinking the images to about half the size on the page.  How do we fix this?  We have important documents to send out.  It will do this for all of the pages and it's really getting frustrating.

Windows 7 Pro x64.  This started happening about 2 weeks ago and I do not know of any changes made to the settings.

I would start checking the settings in your scanning program.

What happens when you print to a paper printer?

Check the size of the image to scan.

Check the page size of the document to be printed.

Check to see if multiple images are to be printed on one page.

Check the page size for the Adobe PDF Printer.

Adjust the page sizes to fit the page size of the document.

Check the page size of the created PDF. It is possible you could crop the white space and then resize the PDF, but this would be a last resort.
