Print to PDF from Internet

When i print an internet page to PDF, the display of the converted page is a combination of gooblygook and readable text. If I copy and paste the information to a text file, it appears correctly.

Anyone have suggestions?

Hi Amal, Thanks for your quick reply!  I was using MS Edge which appears to be the problem.  I tried printing with FireFox and all is well.

Just in case I'm missing something, I simply selected the Adobe PDF when printing.

Take care,

Tom

Hi Big Bird,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, the converted page is a combination of gooblygook and readable text, when converting the internet pages to PDF

Would you mind sharing the workflow or steps you are doing to create the PDF from web? Are you printing as PDF or printing as Adobe PDF.

Please try to create the PDF from the file menu of Adobe Acrobat DC (File > Create > PDF from Web) and see if that makes any difference. For more information please use the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/converting-web-pages-pdf.html)

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
