Print to PDF feature seems to save as a notepad file - but only when I try to print to pdf emails. It saves with .pdf extension but magically turns into a notepad file and opens up with error message. I've uninstall/reinstalled to no avail. This just started today. Anybody know how to rectify that?

Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned above, the Print to PDF converts the file to a notepad. Could you please share the screen recording of the workflow?
Did you check what happens when you try to use Acrobat Ribbon to create the PDF from email?
Share the complete steps you do to further investigate the issue. Also, share the Acrobat and the email application version information.
Thanks,

Meenakshi, thanks! Actually unchecking the “Rely on system fonts only” option under printer properties fixed the issue. I’m not sure what caused it in the first place though.

Hello,
I'm having similar issues with a user I support and I've been able to resolve by unchecking the "Rely on system fonts only" but it will eventually switch back on, on its own.
What would you recommend as troubleshooting?
Thanks for the time
