Question

Print to the left (or right) of an A4 landscape

I print labels from the courier to stick on the parcels I send, but the PDF I receive only allows me to print in the centre of the page.

My labels are 2 x ½ page (A5) labels on an A4 page, which effectively makes them A5 labels.

When I try & print the labels, I had hoped to choose A4 landscape so that I could print it on one of the labels, however, it will only print central to the page, meaning it prints ½ on one label & ½ on the other label!

How can I force a PDF to print the alignment of the page left (or right)?

Thank you in advance

What happens when you crop the page?

Can you post a scrrenshot?

Without posting 100 screen shots of every combination I tried, I've just attached a shot of the print function as well as what it looks like in landscape

What options do you use at the print dialog?

I've tried:

Print all, print current, print custom pages

Fit to page, actual size, shrink oversized pages, custom scale 50% 100%

Choose paper source by PDF page size

Print single side, print double sided

Orientation: Auto/Portrait/Landscape

Basically EVERY SINGLE OPTION AVAILABLE

I spent about 3 hours trying to print the label!

in the end I took a screen shot & pasted it into a Word document to print it.

But, that CANNOT remain an option. Mainly because it then becomes a 'picture' and the quality of the text falls.
