Print view / printer only prints small middle section of document

I can't seem to find this issue in the community.

When I go to print my regular pay stub pdf, it will only print a very small section of the document, with the print very enlarged.  In the top ribbon, it says the full view is only 25% of the document [any larger %, has the same problem, only a very small section of the document with the print very enlarged].

I have tried to resolve this in the print window by trying each of 'Fit', 'Actual Size', 'Custom Scale' and 'Choose Paper Source by PDF page size', but none solve the problem.

[I also tried saving it as a Word document but also encountered problems, as it said document was outside of page margins...when I tried changing to Normal page margins, all type got very distorted on the page'.

I'm stuck. Just need to print the pay stub[s]. Can anyone help? If relevant, I'm on a MacBook Air iOs 10.14.6 Mojave.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    As shared above, you are having trouble with printing your pay stub pdf. Have you started experiencing  this issue after updating Acrobat to latest version or this has been an ongoing issue?

    Can you help us with some more info regarding the issue :

    1. Acrobat/Reader version you are currently using
    2. Is the issue occuring only for Acrobat/Reader or for any other app as well
    3. Name of the printer/driver are you using to print the page

     

    We tried In-House to verify the scenario, but the printed page was of correct size for each of 'Fit', 'Actual Size', 'Custom Scale' and 'Choose Paper Source by PDF page size'.

    Please let us know the above info; which can help us to help you better with the issue.

    Thanks for responding. I’m running Acrobat version 11.0.23. It’s only occurring for this app. I’m using an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978, and have used this printer without problems; it’s not new. I’m reluctant to upload the pay stub, but don’t mind sending through email to see if you can replicate. Lisa

      Have you recieved any answer to this yet? I am having the same issue just as of today
