Printer Error

I am having a print error when printing to Adobe DC - this happened in the middle of the day out of nowhere. I have seen old threads that say to go to properties>port>clear COM1, check Documents.pdf - however on my computer, it s already like that. I'm at a loss...and apparently our IT person is too.

Do you experience this behavior when converting from a particular format file? 

Share more details about the workflow. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow.
