printer settings in Acrobat

in acrobat i can't change the printer settings
attached screenshot of the same settings in Acrobat and in another program: same file, same computer

This screen is managed by the HP printer driver. Adobe is only calling this and the printer will take over the settings and eventually report back to Adobe Acrobat if that setting is used by Acrobat (like the page size, duplex etc).
