Printing a specific tile in Poster mode

New Here ,
May 17, 2025 May 17, 2025

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro and trying to print a large image using the "Poster" print option. It successfully splits the image across multiple pages (tiles), but when I try to reprint just one specific page that was missed, the "Pages" option under "Pages to Print" is grayed out , I can only select "All".

Is there any way to print only one specific tile/page from the poster layout, without printing the entire mosaic again?

Thanks in advance!

On Windows you can print the file to the Adobe PDF printer, and then you can print individual pages from it.

On a Mac you'll need to find some other virtual printer that can do that.

What is the source application? Maybe there is a way to do it from there?
I don't know of a way to print a specific tile, but it sounds like a feature request. As @try67 states there is a PDF export, or to print to a Postscript and then redistill into a PDF where you have each tile as a page allowing you to choose the tile you need. It is not neat.
You could also make a copy of your PDF at full scale and then use the page boxes to crop the poster manually to the area you are missing and print that (you would not have tile marks, so it may not be an option for every image.)
