Printing issues

Regardless of what printer I use, when creating a PDF, the background that prints has a pale yellow background. ????? I do not know why this is happening... Any suggestions???

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update or was this happening earlier as well?

 

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat Pro you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 24.05.2039X go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Accessibility > Select 'Replace document colors' and set Page background to White > click OK and try to print and see  if that works.

 

You may also try to print the PDF as an image. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image and see of that helps.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your help.  I was able to get a tech to finally help me.

Unfortunately, I keep finding little quirks in the software that cause issues that frustrate me.
