Printing issues

I have Acrobat PRO DC installed on a desktop and laptop. Both run Windows 10.  I can print directly from the PDF printer icon with the laptop, and have not other problems. But whenever I try to print from the PDF printer icon with the desktop, the window closes and the PDF won't print. Also, with the desktop if I edit a page, when I close out, the message that asks if I want to save it, takes up the whole computer screen, has every line crossed out and is so large that sometimes, I can't get out of it unless I do a complete end task of the PDF page I'm working on.I've attached pics of that what looks like.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled on my desktop, checked printer drivers, etc., and still have issues. Any ideas what else I can do so I can print directly from the PDF on the desktop.

Thanks

Hi Ginjor

We are sorry for the trouble. As described when you try to print from the PDF printer icon with the desktop, the window closes and the PDF won't print.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs you try to print. Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC installed on your desktop? To check the version please go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC
Make sure you have the latest version of the application 20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

You may also try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help> Repair Installation and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please try the following steps

Let us know how it goes

Regards
