Printing issues

I have the latest Adobe Reader DC installed on a Windows 10 64bit Pro PC system.

We can open the PDF's fine and read the PDF.

Of late we seem to be having issues printing documents.  For some or other reason some parts of the documents are printed as black lines instead of letters and numbers.

You can print fine using the "Print as a image"

This is not a solution to the problem but a work around.

I have:

1. re installed Adobe DC

2. Re installed Printer drivers

3. Played with the Fonts in Adobe

4. Rebooted a number of times

Not all PC's on the network have this issue but I do have different client with the same issue.

Please help.

Thanks

Shaun.

Hi shaunt27 ,

Could you please confirm the dot version of  Adobe Reader installed on your system.

Please make sure that application is updated to the latest patch released.

Is it an issue with a particular PDF?

Meenakshi

Hello

This is Adobe Reader DC

2015.020.20042

File version: 15.020.20042.8920

It only happens to some PDF's.  The strange thing is that it will print fine on another PC but if you print from affected PC then it will not work.

Thanks

Shaun.

Hi shaunt27,

Can you share some of those files with us?

If you can, I have sent you a private message with email ID where you can send those files.

Regards,

Meenakshi
