Hi, I have a few users who encounter issues when printing PDF files on Adobe Acrobat.Adobe Acrobat goes into "Not responding" state when trying to print.After selecting the print option, Acrobat will spin and won't print until 10-20 minutes later. Note: Users have no issue printing other documents such as Word. App re-installation has been done but issue persist. Can you advise any troubleshooting or setting update which can help improving the print experience from Adobe Acrobat please? Thanks.

Printing PDF always not responding

Hi, I have a few users who encounter issues when printing PDF files on Adobe Acrobat.

This is the forum for Adobe FrameMaker. I think that your question is related only to Accrobat.

Can you post your question on one of the Acrobat forums?

Your issue sounds strange to me. I do not know what could cause this. Hopefully someone on the Acrobat forum can help!
