Printing PDF on both sides with both portrait and landscape pages

When printing a PDF that has both landscape and portrait pages on both sides of the paper, if I choose flip on long edge the landscape page is upside down and if I choose to flip on the short edge the portrait page is upside down. 

Is there another setting that would fix this issue? Or do I have to print the landscape pages separately from the portrait pages. Hope that makes sense.
