Printing Problems

I have a PDF form that I want to print, but I get an error message saying, "Your Acrobat Trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access to Adobe. Click OK to buy."

I've since started paying the monthly charge of $14.99 for Acrobat Reader, but I still get the same error message. Screenshot is below.

Hello Talonk,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, the record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Standard DC subscription on the current Adobe ID (email) which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums.

Please sign out from Acrobat/Reader application, then reboot the machine once. Relaunch Acrobat/Reader application and from the help menu,>select About Adobe Acrobat and check which application is installed, or you may also take help from the article Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

If Acrobat Standard DC is already installed, then sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password and try printing the PDF form again.

If Acrobat Standard DC is not installed, please download and install it from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

Sign in with your current Adobe ID and try printing.
