Printing Shipping Labels from US Postal Service website

I was once able to create and print shipping labels from the US Postal Service website. I was instructed to download the latest version of Adobe Reader. I still cannot get the labels to print. Solutions?

It's not enough just to install Acrobat Reader. You also need to download the labels, then open them in Reader, and finally print - when you go to print it should say Acrobat Reader along the top. Did you do all that?

I realize this an old topic. But I believe I did all that and when I tried to download my pdf the button was unresponsive and I now have no pdf and will hve to get a refund. Local usps emplyees don't seem to know anything about the application.. What links the Adobe program to the usps app?
