Printing with Borderless and white margins still appearing.

My printer is a Canon ts5000 printer, and I use a Mac OS 13.2.1. I chose to print a booklet through Adobe Acrobat because of the vibrant colours that come through when printing. However, even when I set the paper to "Letter Borderless," a white margin still appears.

I'll also say that when printing with preview through Mac, the borderless option worked. However, the colours were washed out and the quality when printing double-sided was horrible.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you confirm that when printing from another software the borderless option works as expected?

Can you also share a screenshot of the settings you use to print, in the print window there are scaling options that might counter the borderless option you selected.

Choosing single or double-sided should not affect the quality of the print. Can you confirm that you have selected the correct printer in your Adobe Display preferences ?

Hello! The first image is the print settings on Acrobat, the second image is the settings on Preview.

The third image is the results of the two prints. The left one was printed through Preview and you can see how the print on the other side is very visible. The print on the right is from Acrobat and the print from the other side is not as apparent. I've printed this multiple times and the results are consistent, I don't know what setting is affecting this.
