Prints gabage characters

PDF file looks good on screen, but printing is mostly garbage characters. "Print as Image" is checked. This is only for forms from broker - otherwise works normally. Acrobat XI Pro. Win 10. Help!

I tried the uncheck "Rely on System Fonts" already. Still no help.

To further evaluate where the problem lies, I downloaded FOXIT and ran the garbage output PDF file -- printout was NORMAL!

I'd rather continue using Acrobat, but this issue makes it a problem. I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

Adobe Acrobat Pro version 11.0.20 One example of PDF file that has this issue (I have this issue somewhat often with downloaded forms) is:

Thanks for sharing the link. We tried printing the file at our end but it prints fine. Could you please try printing to Adobe PDF and check if this behavior still continues? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to: Print to PDF |

Please note- It's not recommended to reprint pdf to Adobe PDF. Printing to Adobe PDF is for testing purpose only.
