problème d'impression de PDF

Bonjour,

 

Je possède un PC sous Windows 10 avec la dernière version d'Adobe Reader.

J'ouvre un document qui possède une signature, celle-ci est sélectionnable. Quand je lance l'impression, l'aperçu comme l'impression, la signature a disparu.

Pouvez-vous m'aider, SVP ?

Je vous joins les copies d'écran du PDF et l'aperçu avant impression, on voit clairement que la signature a disparu

    Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'une signature "tampon", donc créée avec un des outils de commentaire/annotations.

    Auquel cas il faut demander à imprimer le document ET les annotations.

      Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

       

      Would you mind sharing the information about how the PDF was signed? Have you got the PDF from a different user or have you created it?

      Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

      What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20360 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

       

      Also, try to print the PDF as an image. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image and see if that helps.

       

      Let us know how it goes.

No, it's a specific PDF

        Hi there

         

        We are glad to hear that you were able to print the PDF as an image. As this is a file specific issue, there isn't much that we can do. You may ask the user to recreate the file nnd see if that helps.
