I am unable to install Acrobat DC, I keep getting this error message.

"Unable to install the product. Click Retry to download and install it again. (Error Code. 136)"

I have already retried the installation per error instruction 13 times.

I need help with this.

Yes--no problem.

If you have the Creative Cloud, download the CC app and try installing Acrobat from that.

If you still have a problem, download and run the Adobe CC Cleaner and remove any traces of old versions.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11, Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported);
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina)

NOTE:  On Apple M1 Chip computer,  you may need Rosetta 2 to install.

Hello Nancy,

Does Creative cloud work with Windows 10 versions 21H2.

That is the window version my PC is running on.
