Problem Installing Acrobat X on new Windows 11 Computer

I have a valid license, and downloaded it from Adobe using the s/n. Chat indicates it can't be reinstalled. Why would it be available as a download if it can't be installed? Runs fine on my Windows 10 computer.

Thanks for the link with the new sign-in process for older versions. It appears this is geared to acrobat 11 (and others) but not 10. It didn't work. I also have a version of 11 Pro, which did work with the new sign-on process, but said in the end the license was revoked. Whatever that means. Such an incredible waste of time and resources.

@visual_imagination3131 Acrobat X was released in2010 — support ended in 2015. That's a long time ago. Its system requirements were designed for older operating systems like Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 (which aligns with your Windows 10 machine working). Could this work for Windows 11? Highly unlikely. But, maybe this link will help you, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/licensing-activation-issues/cant-activate-reinstall-legacy-apps.html
