Problem mit Ausgabevorschau

Hallo zusammen,

vielleich hat jemand einen Lösungsvorschlag. Wenn ich eine PDF mit mehreren Seiten habe, die Ausgabevorschau offen ist und ich dann eine Seite weiter schlate (egal ob mit Maus oder Pfeiltasten). Dann flackert das PDF in Schwarz. Das dauert ca. 1-2 Sekunden, anschließend stablisiert sich alles wieder. Dasselbe passiert, wenn ich einen Farbkanal ausblende.

 

Kann ich man diese Phänomen irgendwie umgehen? Auf Dauer ist das sehr anstrengend.

 

Ich verwende übrigens den Acorbat DC Pro auf dem aktuellen Stand. Die Ausgabevorschau des Pro 2017 funktioniert tadellos. Das System ist auch auf dem neuesten Stand Monterey 12.31.1

Would you mind sharing the video recording of the issue and the version details of the application you are using?

To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20112 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
