Problem mit dem kopieren von Umlaute aus Acrobat

Hallo Zusammen,
ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass wenn ich aus Acrobat einen Text in ein anderes Programm z.B. Indesign kopieren möchte gewisse Umlaute nicht mitkopiert werden Es sind seltsamer Weise nicht alles Umlaute, denn ü funktioniert, nicht aber ö, a und ß. Dabei ist es egal ob man den Text in Word, Indesign oder einfach nur in einen Editor kopieren möchte, die genannten Zeichen sind aus dem Text verschwunden und dort anstelle ein leerzeichen eingefügt. Ich verwende die derzeit aktuellste Version auf einem Mac mit OS Monterey 12.2. Vielleicht hat jemand einen Rat.

    Ich habe das gleiche Umlaut-Problem festgestellt: Ä, ä, Ö, ö, Ü und ß werden nicht als Buchstaben in die Zwischenablage übernommen. Merkwürdig ist, dass das Kopieren der Umlaute + ß funktioniert, wenn man die Option PDF bearbeiten in Acrobat anwählt – dann werden die Umlaute + ß über die Zwischenablage mitkopiert.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. The accented character do not want to be copied and leaves a blank space

     

    This issue is already reported to our engineering team and they are working on it to find the fix.
