Problem printing in Black and White - Version 2024.003.20112

Dear all,

Are you all using version 2024.003.20112 having problems printing a color document in black and white?

Please note that on the website below, Adobe did not list this as a known error because it does not test the basic functionality of its applications and we have been having this problem for over 2 months and Adobe has not released a fix.

Important: Test and if you are also unable to print a colored document in black and white, please open a ticket with Adobe so that they can correct it as soon as possible.

We opened a ticket with Adobe and we were ignored by the engineering team about this problem.

New version updated today, October 3, 2024, and the fix did not arrive.

A basic functionality that every paid and free tool has, but Adobe caused the problem in one of its updates and now it can no longer fix a basic problem of printing a colored document in black and white.

I ask everyone to complain and open a ticket with Adobe asking for a fix URGENTLY AND ASAP.
