You need to provide more details about your situation. Are you on Windows, Mac, Android or iOS? How does it happen. the installer starts? What does is tell you to do in detail? Can you add screenshots here?

Hi I have a Mac, first I get this message (picture attached to the post),
then when I press download then go to the Adobe page where I should buy the
product and I haven't hinted at buying after the trial period will probably
start automatically my credit card information when I already have Acrobad
Reader, how do I get it to stop running the notification?

This is not Acrobat Reader, it's Flash Player. Flash player was free. It is also absolutely obsolete, blocked, and there have been no new updates for over a year. You cannot download it even if you need it. This may be a malware attack. How long have you been getting these messages?
