Problemas con la instalación de Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hola, les comparto la captura de pantalla tal y como me pidieron desde Adobe.

Ya probé de desintalar y volví a instalar el Adobe Arobat Pro y sigue tirando el mismo error.

Buenos días Amal, perdón que respondo en español pero no quiero equivocarme en una palabra en inglés y que se interprete como una ofensa.

Te agradezco la respuesta y ayuda pero nada funciona, los dos videos se basan en encontrar un ítem "MATLAB.EXE" y no lo encuentro por ningún lado.

Voy a probar por quinta o sexta vez desinstalar todo y volver a instalar, no sólo no puedo modificar archivos sino que ni siquiera puedo abrirlos.

No sólo siento que tiré la plata a la basura, no puedo trabajar.

Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
