Problemas para abrir Documento en Acrobat Pro DC

Se me presenta un problema al abrir algunos documentos en Adobe Acrobat Pro DC en mi laptop, me indica "Error al abrir el documento. Problema al leer el documento (57). esto no me ocurre en mi movil donde si puede abrir el documento. Es en aquellos documentos donde se solicita clave para abbrir en donde me aparece ese mensaje.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 20112 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to redownload the files to your computer locally and save them with a different name and check if that helps.
